Event Design & Strategy Studio

what do your guests remember the morning after your event?

Most events communicate nothing. Not because of poor execution. Because no one asked what the event was supposed to say in the first place.

An event without a strategic argument is decoration.

this is the problem we were built to solve.

Likuna Tsibadze

Project Lead

Responsible for translating concepts into production reality. The people who make sure what was promised is what gets built. They are behind the complete guest journey - from the invitation to the final moment of the evening.

one studio. end-to-end responsibility. no handoffs.

Positioning

We are not decorators. We are strategists who work in physical space.

Every event we design begins with one question: what does this brand need to prove tonight, and to whom?

The answer to that question determines everything - the space, the atmosphere, the guest journey, the moment that gets remembered.

Capabilities

Six things. One standard.

01

Event Concept & Strategy

We define the argument before we design the space.

02

Space Design & Art Direction

Every physical element is part of a single visual language. Nothing decorative.

03

Production & Execution

From technical drawings to final build. The concept arrives at reality without compromise.

04

Brand Activation

Events designed around a specific brand moment launch, announcement, milestone.

05

Guest Experience Design

The invitation. The arrival. The flow. The detail no one notices but everyone feels.

06

Atmosphere & Sound Direction

Sound constructs the room before the guest sees it. We design that too.

Selected Cases

Proof over statement.

SDLG DEVEX | INDUSTRIAL BRAND EVENT

The brief asked for a celebration. We built an argument.

Custom steel installations transformed the venue into a physical extension of the brand's identity. A Dancing Digger Show turned heavy machinery into performance - making the brand's core value of precision and power visible, not just stated. more...

LION AUTO × MATE KOBAKHIDZE | MOTORSPORT BRAND ACTIVATION

The race was in Britain. The room was in Tbilisi. We closed that distance.

Lion Auto imports vehicles from American auctions to Georgia. That night, we built a space that connected a logistics brand to its sponsored driver 4,000 kilometres away - through a live F4 broadcast, branded karting track, and an environment that made the connection feel physical, not just symbolic. more...

PORSCHE | LUXURY BRAND EXPERIENCE, KAKHETI

The most confident brands don't announce themselves. They demonstrate.

No graphic motifs. No loud branding. An experience built around silence, precision, and the Kakheti landscape - communicating the Porsche ethos through material and atmosphere rather than messaging. When the brand is strong enough, the event doesn't need to explain it. more...

RED BULL FMX JAM | FREESTYLE MOTOCROSS EVENT ACTIVATION

Batumi had never seen anything like it. We made sure they never forgot it.

Red Bull brought freestyle motocross to Batumi for the first time. We built the environment that turned a sports showcase into a brand moment - a space where every trick landed inside a deliberately designed experience, not just in front of a crowd. more...

Methodology

Three phases. No shortcuts.

Phase 01 - Understand

We read your brief. Then we go further. What is your brand trying to prove? Who is in the room? What should they feel in the first thirty seconds of arriving? We don't start designing until we can answer these questions precisely.

Phase 02 - Argue

We develop a single clear concept not a mood board, not a reference folder. One argument for what this event should be and why. You approve the argument before we design a single element.

Phase 03 - Build

From technical drawings to final execution, we manage the complete production process. The concept you approved arrives at reality without compromise. No value engineering of the idea.
